Bible Reading Marathon in Penang, Malaysia

When/Where: Friday September 13th at 6:00am at St Georges Anglican Church, facing the main road and government law courts of the State of Penang. St George’s is the oldest Anglican Church in South East Asia, built in 1818 under British rule. The event will begin by blowing the shofar, and the first 3 hour slot of 12 readers, will be taken up the organizers and committee members, including the Vicar of St George’s Church. There will be a closing ceremony on Monday September 16 with a time of Praise and Worship, including a group of shofar blowers, with short messages from the organizing chairperson of the BRM and the chairperson of the Penang Ministers Fellowship.
