Pastor James Wilson posted this blog recently about a prophetic message given regarding The Alamo:
I believe it is no coincidence that recently the co-ordinator of the Australian 40 Days of Fasting and Prayer was shown by the Holy Spirit the victory of the Battle of El Alamein.
El Alamein is the same root word as “Alamo.”
First of all…Here’s the root NAME meaning of the word (Alamo) in Spanish:
Literally meaning “All Men,” the name in French is Allemand; in Spanish, the term is Alemán or Alamán; the Catalan term is Alemany; the Italian term is Allemano; and the Portuguese term is Alemão.[2] The Alemannic tribe, along with the Goths, overran the part of the German Empire that lay along the Rhine river. Given that the women dressed and fought like men, the Germans said:
“See there are no women among them. They are ‘all men’.”
“See there are no women among them. They are ‘all men’.”
It brings to mind this verse:
There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.

Alamo also means “Cottonwood” in Spanish. Cottonwoods ARE mentioned in the Bible under the more known genus name of “Poplars.”
They will spring up like grass in a meadow, like poplar trees by flowing streams. (The Righteous)

So as it pertains to this blog:
“as Indians, Americans, Europeans and Hispanics came together in the common cause of freedom – and one faith – as a garrison co-commanded by a Baptist and a Catholic and representing every known Christian background learned to pray together as they fought and gave their lives.”
I think this one absolutely does pass “prophetic muster.”
This entire paragraph made my hair stand on end:
Pastor Wilson says our nation struggles in that same crucible today; it is a spiritual, political, and physical assault, and in that order. (happening RIGHT NOW in the United States)
We are about to enter a time of “encirclement, assault, and massacre.”
We need to “man the battlements.” I am vexed deeply in my spirit by the Church peddling an “ear tickle” message during these intense times. For the most part, the Church is speaking lukewarm, milquetoast messages designed to make everyone feel good. They are “Tiptoeing” around the snake. I hear “revival, revival, revival” with a little dash of repentance thrown in as seasoning. It is worthless “salt” and will be trampled underfoot.
We (ALL OF US) had better drop to our knees, rent our garments and beat our breasts like this guy:
“But the tax collector stood at a distance. He would not even look up to heaven, but beat his breast and said,
“God, have mercy on me, a sinner.”

13=of APOSTASY
Like the snake-handling preacher in the news recently…The Apostate Church is about to get BIT by that venomous snake and this time it will be fatal. Only those who have the courage to chop it’s head off will not get spewed out as lukewarm vomit.
